Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ cup spring onion blubs chopped
  • ½ cup carrots chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli blanched
  • ½ cup capsicum chopped
  • ½ cup bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp green chili paste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp spring onions greens

Step by Step Instructions

1. Rinse the quinoa with warm water thoroughly.
2. Add the washed quinao to a pan set for boiling with water, add salt,cover and ccok for 15mins. after the quinoa is cooked spread it on a flat surface and let it cool down completely..
3. Heat oil in sauce pan on medium high heat, add ginger garlic paste and spring onion bulbs and saute them for a minute.
4. Add veggies and cook them on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes, add the the soy sauce and green chillies paste, salt and pepper, mix well and cook well for 1 minute.
5. Add the cooked quinoa to the sauteed veggies and mix well, cook for 1 minute oh high flame. add the spring onion green and mix well and saute for 4 seconds.
